The Consulate has outsourced its visa facilitation services to M/s VFS Canada. Applications for Visa, Passport, Surrender Certificate and Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) card should now be sent to the Indian Visa & Consular Services Centres operated by VFS at the following locations

Emergency visa, Emergency Passport (Tatkaal), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) Applications and all attestation services will be available at the Consulate between 9.00 am to 11.30 am (Mon-Fri).  Documents may be collected between 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm (Mon-Fri).

The Government of India has introduced a new Visa application form. All Visa applicants are required to go to the link http://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/ and fill up the on-line Visa form. After filling the Visa form, take a print out and submit it at one of the offices of our outsourcing agents, VFS Canada. The new Form becomes compulsory with effect from 25 July 2011.
