Applications for Visa, Passport, Surrender Certificate and Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) card should now be sent to the Indian Visa & Consular Services Centres operated by VFS at the following locations. Effective 2nd April 2012, the Police Clearance Certificate/Certificate of Birth will be accepted at VFS Global Centres. All applicants are advised to submit their PCC/Certificate of Birth applications at VFS Centres at Eglinton or Brampton.
