Engineering Export Promotion Council under Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, is organizing Indo-US & Canada Reverse Buyer Seller Meet at New Delhi and Mumbai on 8 March and 10 March 2010.

EEPC India is inviting Importers, Buyers, Dealers, Distributors and Wholesalers of engineering products from US & Canada. Manufacturers who regularly purchase parts, components and other accessories for their end products are also welcome to participate. The maximum number of delegates invited from US & Canada is 15.

This event provides an opportunity to participants to have business meetings with Indian manufacturers and exporters of engineering goods on a one to one basis in areas of their specific business interest.

EEPC India is offering to potential delegates one from each company:

1. Cost of Hotel accommodation for 4 nights (excluding refreshments, liquor, laundry, telephone calls and any other services) i.e. from 7th March to 10th March, 2010. Cost of any additional stay will be borne by the delegates.
2. Cost of air-travel between two venues within India.
3. Professional interpreters, if needed, to facilitate communications between the participants.
4. Transfer Airport-Hotel-Airport.
5. Transport will be provided from Hotel to the Venue and back to Hotel, once each at the beginning and end of the business sessions every day.
6. Lunch and refreshments would be provided to the delegates at the venue.
   

The participant will be required to fill up the enclosed Registration Form and make sure of the registration.

The last date for sending the Registration Form is 31st January 2010.
