Application for a Police Clearance Certificate from India (should be mailed to the Consulate)
 

Requirements

1. Appropriate application form duly filled in.
2. Current Indian passport with valid immigration papers or Canadian passport in original and photocopy
3. Fees: C$20.00 for Indian passport holders and C$32.00 for other nationals. Fees payable to Consulate General of India, Toronto by Bank draft/Money Order/Certified Cheque.
4. Pre-paid stamped envelope for return of documents.

Time taken: Issue of Police Clearance Certificate requires references to authorities in India and elsewhere and therefore a minimum processing time of 4 weeks is required to issue this Certificate.
